  • Click "Make a Payment" (top-right of the Dashboard screen)
  • Click "Make a payment" again and fill out the fields
  • Click "Make a payment" one more time

How Do I Sign Up for Auto Pay?

  • Go online at SafeandSoundNewport.com and sign into your account
  • Click the "Recurring Billing" tab
  • Click "Add Payment Account" to fill in your credit card or checking information
  • Click "Save"

How Do I Get My Lock Combination Again?

  • Go to DavinciLockRelease.com website
  • When asked for the company you rent with, enter Riverand, Inc.
  • The facility you rent at is Safe and Sound Storage
  • When asked, enter the phone number you have on file with us
  • Follow the rest of the prompts
  • It will use your phone number to send a text verifying your identity and to give you your combination
  • If you would like assistance from a representative, call 541-265-7420

How Do I See Available Units and/or Sign Up for the Waiting List?

  • Go online at SafeandSoundNewport.com
  • Click the "Rent Storage" tab
  • Scroll through the sizes & prices
  • Click "Rent Now" or "Waiting List" for the size you want
  • Leave notes if larger or smaller units would work and any special requests
  • If you need assistance, call 541-265-7420 to speak to a representative

I'm Ready to Move Out, Now What?

1)     LET US KNOW. When you have removed all your belongings, let us know you’re ready to terminate your rental contract. You can either:

                  a. Call 541-265-7420

       b. Send an email to SafeandSound.or@gmail.com

       c. Text through the website

     2)     LEAVE THE LOCK. Please leave the combination lock we provided locked on the unit door.

     3)   GET YOUR BONUS BY SENDING PICTURES. We offer a $5 bonus if you send us pictures of the empty unit and our combination lock on the door. This also speeds up your refund.

Billing will stop on the day you let us know the unit is empty. It also will stop the autopay if you have one set up. You will be refunded any paid days remaining after your move out date. To qualify for a full refund of your security deposit, leave the unit totally empty and undamaged and leave our combination lock on the door.
